When I was little the neighborhood kids and I would gather at this super long sidewalk and make the longest hopscotch we could. It had a bajillion jumps and we were sure that it was so wonderful that the president was going to come and thank us for our hard work. So every time I see a hopscotch I get very nostalgic. I can't wait till my kids get a little older and we can play other nostalgic games. Red Rover, kick ball, 4 square, werewolf all those games I played as a kid.

Playing with some toys that Grandpa John and Grandma Rose got for us. Some super cute finger puppets and a super hero costume. The super hero costume is by far the best. Juse loves to wear it and just run around the house. My clever kids dragged out their giant pillow pets and asked if they could do jumping. So up on the counter they went (not a normal thing but the super hero cape called for a special occasion) and they began to "fly."  Got some really cool pictures that I just love!

I was driving home one day on a back road and what I saw almost made me movie spin my car in excitment! Huge Huge HUGE hills! I just knew that the kids would love and adore being able to run up and down the hill, dig and bury. I was so right. I got together with the Bowles bunch and just had a really good time.

Bouncy house bash!

Single stroller? What single stroller? This is obviously made for two kids. Especially if they are adorable.

We have found a really cool walk that we love to go on. It walks right by a little creek that provides endless entertainment. It goes under a bridge and over a bridge, it is just so much fun! The kids request it all the time.

Jude must have gotten ahold of my camera because as I was going through my pictures I found a collection of pictures that I had no memory of taking. He has come a long way since his day of selfies but I suppose his artistic direction could still use some honing.

It has been rather windy this weekend and HUGE tumbleweeds have been blowing past our house. I am not even sure where they are coming from and why they are choosing to collect at our house but here they are all the same.  These suckers are child size and Jude loved to drag them around. At one point he dragged them into a line creating a road block.(no cars were harmed in the making of this post) He played with his new toys for about an hour before we sent the tumble weeds on with the wind.
